Who is to say, which is more real--
The world of dreams, or world awake?
Yet, in that dreams, or fantasies
I recognize, so I am made
Emboldened, making no mistake,
In soul’s possession: such as these
Delineate truth as pervade
Soul’s substance, stuff—broad in appeal.
Progression a revolving wheel
Perchance may be; and yet I make
Decision based on what doth please
My spirit, not to be waylaid
By gains delusional. I ache
In knowing dreams’ discordancies,
Yet in their fiction, dreaming’s trade,
Dreams are not fake—or so I feel.
