Poems from my "footnote" post two days ago have gone into a new chapbook at Lulu. It revises my previous chapbook featuring the poem I wrote for President Obama's 2009 inaugural—an expanded text (in spite of which I have cut the price back a dollar). Except for the Obama inaugural poem itself, all of the poems have been up on this website. You might want to include some other books in your order to make shipping costs less outrageous.
