It is not there’s an animus that leads me to disparage
The recent inductee to the Supreme Court,
But that Gorsuch got placed there by a fraudulent miscarriage,
Enough to cut its virtuous esteem short.
That government got fractured to allow the Party’s man
To jump the queue ahead of Opposition,
Is nothing but lamentable and he a charlatan
Who so leapt over ethics’ prohibition;
But central to dilemma, with a cheater in the courthouse,
How can defendants, plaintiffs and the rest
(Onlookers seeking precedence) not see it as an outhouse
Where waste and filth pile up—the Gorsuch test!
No matter how the “inkblot” is described, yet filthy lucre
Is recognizable—no need to squint—
The color of the money whether green or mauve or ochre
Attests universality of mint.
No matter silken phrases that he uses to construe
The Constitution: Gorsuch plays for cash,
For no upstanding citizen would do the things he do,
For sake of climbing, cause the Court to crash.
